Whilst prototypes are available for almost all products and parts it is in moulding manufacture where expensive production tooling is concerned that prototyping can play such an important role in ensuring the moulded final product is as required prior to further investment of time and money.
Whilst our SolidWorks software can in the design stage analyse potential moulding problems, prototyping is particularly useful when a “part fit” is required.
With our wide array or 3, 4&5 axis CNC routers and milling machine we can cost effectively produce quality prototype tooling in model board, MDF or resin.
